What will be covered during the 'meet and greet'?
The initial complimentary meeting will allow us to meet your animals and gather some background information on them. The
initial consultation usually lasts for approximately 30-45 minutes, and can be scheduled at your convenience. If you
decide to use our services, we require that you fill out paperwork regarding your contact information, vet information
and dog/cat characteristics. We will need you to provide us with the necessary key(s) for entering your place of
residence. If you have a security system, we need a tutorial on the system for disarming/arming system.
What is included in each pet sitting visit?
Generally, each visit is approximately 20-25 minutes and includes fresh food and water, dog walking, and cat box cleaning,
Most importantly, each animal will receive lots of love, attention and cuddling. More time may be spent if there are special
circumstances. (additional fees may apply).
Is your company insured?
Yes, we are fully bonded and insured, which safeguards the security of your home and the safety of your animals.
What if I need to re-schedule a visit?
If you need to re-schedule a visit just call or email us and we will re-schedule your visit at no charge.
What kind of dogs do you care for?
We care for all dogs unless they have a history of biting, fighting, or attacking other animals or people.
What happens in extreme weather conditions?
We will make every effort to get to your residence, if extreme weather and road conditions prevent us from getting
there safely we may cancel services. In the event this does occur we will contact you/your emergency contact
immediately, in order to arrange coverage.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept both cash and checks. Payment can be left in your home to be picked up after invoice has been delivered.
